Our Mission Statement

Canyon Institute for Advanced Studies is a Christian interdisciplinary research and learning center, bringing together creative minds and information as resources for the communities of thoughtful Christians and others who are trying to better understand the substance and challenges of our rapidly changing world, and how to better engage them meaningfully and responsibly.

Canyon Institute…

• Investigates and researches issues emerging from new discoveries and advances - particularly those that are redefining the boundaries of our knowledge - to better understand their implications for us where faith and discipline converge in life.

• Develops insights that lead to a more integrated view and understanding of the world around us, and of our stewardship of its emergent challenges.

• Disseminates information and fosters understanding to assist people of faith in developing sound and informed foundations for engaging the exciting opportunities at hand.
